Information From Your Employer
Murrieta Valley USD is conducting a Dependent Verification Review for all benefit eligible employees with dependents on coverage. This review determines if your dependents are eligible for coverage and may help prevent you from paying premiums for dependents who are ineligible. Please review the communication sent from your district to determine which documentation you will need for your review. This will also be your districts Section 125 open enrollment. You will be able to add or make changes to American Fidelity benefits. In person and virtual appointments will be available.

When did you last review your benefits? Even if it seems like yesterday, there’s probably a lot that’s changed, from within your family to the benefit options available to you. The benefits you picked last year may not be the best fit for this year. Your benefits are offered under a Section 125 Plan, which can save you money in the long run. This video explains how!

Before enrollment begins, review your current insurance coverage and benefits options available to you and your family. Think about:
- Any questions you may have to help you understand how your benefits work.
- If you want to sign up or renew a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account or Dependent Care Account and how much you’d like to contribute.
- Dental, major medical, and vision expenses you had last year and any other expenses you plan to have this year.
