We're excited to continue our partnership with American Fidelity to provide you with an online platform. Open enrollment changes and any changes to your AF benefits must be done online. Eligibility documents are required for any newly added dependent in order to be added on the plans. As a reminder, dependent eligibility for Dental and Vision has changed to match Medical, so dependents can remain on coverage through age 26.
