Information From Your Employer
Belgrade School District has selected American Fidelity as our new benefits enrollment provider. The partnership with American Fidelity will help us streamline our enrollment process and allow us to provide a more complete benefit package. During open enrollment, American Fidelity’s account managers will be meeting with all benefit eligible employees. Understanding how your benefits work is very important. Your account manager will educate and enroll you in your medical, dental, and vision insurance. They will also help walk you through all available supplemental options, answer questions, and help you build a package that’s perfect for you.
Prepare for Enrollment
When did you last review your benefits? Even if it seems like yesterday, there’s probably a lot that’s changed, from within your family to the benefit options available to you. The benefits you picked last year may not be the best fit for this year. Check out this video for how to get the most out of your enrollment this year.
Ways to Enroll
Meet with your account manager in person to help understand your available benefits and ensure you select the benefits that best meets your needs.
Meet with your account manager from anywhere, on any device. You can complete your enrollment virtually, ask questions, and confirm your benefit selections.

Before enrollment begins, review your current insurance coverage and benefits options available to you and your family. Think about:
- What you need to bring to your appointment: your driver’s license, bank account information for direct deposit, dates of birth for your spouse or children, and beneficiary information, including (if a trust) name and date of trust.
- If you want to sign up or renew a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account or Dependent Care Account and how much you’d like to contribute.
- Dental, major medical, and vision expenses you had last year and any other expenses you plan to have this year.
