Welcome to 2024 Benefit Plan Open Enrollment. Your benefit plan includes medical dental, and vision coverage options and voluntary benefit coverage. Please take the time to review your current benefits and make any updates necessary.
You will have the option to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment with your American Fidelity account manager to review your benefits. For in-person appointments, ask your manager for meeting dates and times at your location. For virtual appointments, please schedule an appointment below.

Before enrollment begins, review your current insurance coverage and benefits options available to you and your family. Think about:
- What you need to bring to your appointment: your driver’s license, bank account information for direct deposit, dates of birth for your spouse or children, and beneficiary information, including (if a trust) name and date of trust.
- Any questions you may have to help you understand how your benefits work.
